My mom has been waiting to hear back from them for a year. She calls and they only say we’ll get back to you. She has spend a lot of money and worked a lot to pay for your services. She shouldn’t have to be calling for an update. She lost her case because of Covid once and she had to paid again for your service. How much longer are you gonna give her the run around.
So after I left this comment my mom was called and told why did I leave a comment on here. That I shouldn’t be doing that. They told her the next day that to give them two week and today is July 5 2024 and we haven’t heard nothing. So please stop taking the hard work money of my mother if you not going to keep her updated or know if y'all can’t get the job done. Just give her the hard earned money she paid you to do this service of representing her and helping her get her residency.

Impressive service! Very well handled case for myself and son who's age went over 21 during process but got green card as per child protection act.
Definitely recommend service if someone is looking for hassle free successful immigration process. At the time of my interview at the Embassy Miriam Ebers was very helpful to us and always replied quickly to me. I am really happy with her. She really did a good job.
