Alison is very knowledgeable and offers a fresh approach on physical therapy using a yoga/traction wall.

You can tell she is very dedicated to her work and customizes a program just for you based on your life style
And needs.

I also appreciated that she offers tools such as essential oils and easy exercises I could do in Between session to heal quicker.

Now I only have to do maintenance for about 5 min per day and am doing activities Doctors said I would never do again such as horse back riding and hiking.
