I have been a client for about 5 years and Victoria has been very kind, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to doing my taxes. Anytime I had a question or had an issue, she always got back to me right away without hesitation and never left me disappointed. Every year, Victoria navigates me through the complicated tax rules to inform me how things are being done, or what has changed throughout the past years and that is honestly something I personally have come to appreciate. Because not all accountants take the time to communicate what is being done or has changed to their clients. She truly makes my life easier when it comes to doing my taxes, she is very organized and even when I don't have the correct paperwork, she always finds a way to get it for me without me having to go crazy and look for it. I genuinely don't have to worry anymore, I know all my stuff is being handled by who I consider the best accountant out there.
Believe me, ask her anything and she will give you the best advice to help you out.

Victoria was very helpful and responsive on the first day, which I appreciate. I was having problems getting my personal documents back and as soon as I would get my papers altogether I had to call to make an appointment with her, which I did. I texted her and saw she read my message and just ignore my texts and calls after that. I still waited days and nothing. It was really disappointing and I don't think it's fair people waste one's time like that without giving an explanation. Victoria said she was going to help my sister's case, it's been weeks and still no e-mail back.

I found this company from the IRS website list of agents. Ms Rodriguez is very professional and friendly. She helped me prepare my taxes. She tries her best and gives update eventhough there's a slow down with IRS program that proccess payments (not her fault). All in all a good experience .

Got more money than my original tax preparer. Came here to see if my original tax preparer was getting me the max refund and Vicky got me more than normal. Such a nice person and really patient since I dint have all my paper work ready. Really recomend her. Very happy I came here.
