I was a new customer who came to them upon recommendation that they were good and reasonable. I was very excited when they welcomed me and said bring my stuff in. All that was said was we are reasonable and we look for what’s best for each customer. I received a call stating my taxes were complete and ready for pick up. Upon asking how much, I was told it was 500.00 for a single tax return. When I arrived ti pick up the lady was cordial, but offered no explanation for the price nor did anyone come to explain anything to me. For that price they should have explained my return to me… I will not be back. If this return was a business then that is one thing. But a personal return costing 500.00. This is a legal license to steal..😡😡😡 I would not recommend them ever.
