I recently was able to engage Andy and Annie to lead a professional development webinar on the topic of “Manager as a Coach” as part of our six-part summer learning series designed for nonprofit executive leaders. Andy and Annie co-facilitated the discussion and played off each other well and delivered a thought provoking presentation to our group. In a post-session survey one participant noted that the webinar was one of the best that they had ever participated in related to being a leader/manager.

While I have known Andy professionally for over two decades this was my first experience exploring and discussing the topic of coaching with him and I was glad to see his personal areas of expertise evolving as this topic is universally applicable. And while I knew Andy’s style and personality engages an in-person audience quickly and authentically, I had not observed his delivery in a virtual format. His warm-hearted, generous and gifted nature held true in this virtual learning environment. Annie brought a gravitas and panache that made the whole thing complete and well-rounded.
