I am very unhappy with the service at H&R Block in Athens. The representative was unwilling to listen to what I was saying and listen to the exact statement that the IRS addressed when I was trying to amend my return. They would not even attempt to correct an error on my taxes and instead were adamant about the IRS having already fixed it, even though the IRS stated they had not. If someone is trying to work something out please at least listen to them instead of belittling them and treating them as if the can not do basic math.
