Wendall is Very knowledgeable on doing tax returns

Not only was the wrong amount printed in our estimated tax voucher but my social security number was input incorrectly resulting in my spending hours and hours with the IRS to fix. Total incompetence. If you are a current client, I’d have your past returns double checked.

Best place to go to pay power, phone, and many other types of bills. I have used their services for years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The girls who take the utility payments are so nice and knowledgeable, they always make my day hope they never leave.

Tanya was very rude, and hung up on me. I spent extensive time with helping them on their marketing needs, and when it came to making a decision, she just hung up. I wonder If she treats her clients this way? I would not recommend this business at all for their unprofessionalism.

Not often you get to meet someone that really knows their business. I was very happy with Wendell's work and I will be letting him look at all of my tax returns that H & R Block previously did.

In the past I used the postal service at this location but not now. The building in nasty inside and out! The people are unfriendly and could use a lesson in customer service. The unkept building area makes it feel unsafe. I will drive across town before I use this place.
