CALL FIRST! Be aware that this is an APPOINTMENT ONLY shop. I showed up and the front door and window was boarded. I called and talked to someone who let me know that you have to make an appointment or order online. I wish this information would have been made available on their website or somewhere in the Google overview.

Laura is the owner of this incredible place and I am fortunate to say I’ve had massages done by both her and Caitlin. Both are amazing. Laura is so knowledgeable and helpful. This is a new path for me as I’m working to become healthier and I never feel judged at all - only inspired. Great juice bar, too! Highly recommend!!

I’m new to Colorado and needed to find a place for my herbal needs. Holistic Pathways did not disappoint. The owner Laura is so polite and helpful. She has an abundance of herbs, tinctures, powders, etc. and every time I come in I want to try something new! And the juices are amazing, especially the Steel Gut shot. I definitely recommend this place for everyone!!

After making a commitment to get off of prescription medication for severe migraines I contacted Laura Matthews. My migraines (which actually I can’t remember the last time I had one)are controlled by herbs. I am 68 years old and feel better and am more active than I have been in many years. Caitlin came to my home for postpartum care with warm oils, patience, herbs and tender massage therapy. She came loaded with all the things for comfort and warmth. Laura sent custom herbs tailored to heal my postpartum issues. They both listened and gave suggestions to make me feel comfortable and well.

Caitlin attentively checked in each visit for concerns and celebrated my body’s healing form. She gave me tips to support myself between visits, made sure I was fed and had a hot Herbal soak at the end of each session. I have three children and this was the only pregnancy I was able to get this care. I feel much more completely healed and ready to deal with babies day in and day out. I highly recommend these treatments! Liver life was a wonderful boost after having baby.
