The only reason there's not five stars, is our first realtor Steven made us feel like a burden and was all around the worst realtor.Ever. That being said, Nicole took Steven's mess and broke her back getting us into the home of our dreams and made the process as easy as possible!! She knows the VA loopholes inside and out and always had our best interest at the forefront of her priorities. We received a referral to Curtiss from another realtor in Florida. We met with him first in Oct. 2023 when we visited the area. He showed us around, giving us a ton of local info that helped us narrow down our search. We needed to sell our Florida house first and Curtiss kept in touch till Spring of 2024 when we sold our house and moved to a temporary rental here in Keene while house hunting.
