I am new to the area so had to search for a new person to assist with my taxes. I did lots of research and saw all of the great reviews for HJM and decided to give them a try. I reached out and met with Clarice who was absolutely wonderful. She was warm and friendly and most of all knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all of my questions. No question was a bother she was very patient and thorough. What I appreciate the most is the relationship she establishes with her clients. I had to call her a couple of times throughout the year for advice and she was super helpful and never made me feel rushed.

I had been doing my taxes on my own with TurboTax for the past 8 or 9 years. Every year, I started to get anxiety when I had to get everything together to do them and usually waited until the last minute. It usually took me several hours of 1 of my only weekend days and I just hated it. So about 3 weeks before taxes were do, I called HJM Management Services just on a lark to see if I could get someone to do them for me this year because again I hated doing them. I was never sure I was doing the right thing or getting as much in a return as I could be. Clarice answered the phone and made me feel very comfortable. She said that she was really busy but would make time for me. I went in, she took all my information and said she would call me in 2 weeks. I am so happy that I didn't have to worry about doing them again this year. She got me a larger return than I've been getting for myself and she's very reasonably priced. I'm definitely using her services in the future and have already recommended her to several other people. Thank you Clarice!!
