I had the opportunity to visit with Carl last week. Karl showed me his process for different types of coaching that he and his team do. As a former business coach 2 financial advisors I have to say I have never seen a process SS Cyril an outstanding as his. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in business!

Karl is a great coach with a great heart and some really cool tools to help any business or personal life. I did a series of sessions with him a few years ago! At the time I was struggling at my job, not really knowing what was wrong, as I loved the job environment and the people where great to work with. He helped me see that I was taking responsibility for things that I didn't need to!
He then helped me gather the courage to then start a business of my own (along with my Father) building custom machinery for process automation.
I would recommend him for anybody who is looking to improve in business or personal life! He has a great heart and will help in any way he can!

It was my first time meeting Karl as he came to a Team Meeting at Keller Williams Keystone. Karl has a great approach to get you to think about the deeper reasons of who you are and why you do what you do.
