I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Higginson, for tenant improvements, on a new art experience studio, located on Orange Street, in Redlands. The store is part of a franchise and from the very beginning Mr. Higginson was amazing. He worked with the team personally from the start. This is the first business I have ever owned, and he made the experience of the design run smoothly. He is extremely personable, efficient, and punctual. I will begin construction within the next week thanks to his knowledge, experience and help.
