He was very gracious and extremely professional. I was very pleased with my experience and he exceeded my expectations. He explained everything well and was helpful in letting me know what was important to include on my Tax Return. Though he just used an accounting calculator, he was very efficient in his document processing. Not everything needs to be done immediately on a computer. I felt very comfortable with his method as its much more straightforward and honest than sitting in front of someone who can put anything into a computer. I will be returning to him again for more help. Thank you very much, Michael!
