I showed up for my release before 12 and the little boy that works there kept ignoring me when I was trying to tell him I was there for my release and then when I finally got his attention he’s gonna tell me, you should have been here at 10am. I told him my app says be here by 12 bc my items will be held until 12 and he said well we don’t have them so they sold my shoes that I won on a raffle before 12. I filed a complaint with corporate bc the manager there did absolutely nothing about it but take his side. Completely unprofessional people they got working here. I buy so much stuff from Hibbett and this is the only place I’ve had an issue with. 1000% don’t recommend this place.

I ordered shoes online and when they were ready for pickup someone personally called me. When I visited the store each staff person pleasantly greeted me and assisted me with an additional purchase. It's not often that I leave reviews but this was one experience with a business that deserves a 5 ⭐️ review.

Had the worst experience with the manager avoid this store. I bought a pair of sneakers barely worn and went back with the receipt but they won’t exchange it. It bullshit and the policy is not even stated on the receipt.

Just let the store in Harrisburg PA and I was so happy with the new staff service....I went early last year or before and the service was so bad I said I would never go again !!! But need some shoes for my son today and didn't wanna drive out my neighborhood, so I stopped in for a heat check 😅 and I was happily surprised THANKS
