As a home owner that rents out his house, I’m very happy with the way Heritage.

I did my research finding the right property manager and I found them to be the most fair, simple, and straight forward.

The staff is very nice and professional. They are tentative and response within a very timely manner.

Is it normal for a property management to block your email after they send you an unfair invoice after you’ve moved out?🤔 hmm… very unprofessional staff. I would never let anyone I know rent from these people even in their darkest of needy hours.

So far, they're pretty good! Upon moving into our rental, there were a few problems that they quickly fixed. A few months in, and there was a problem with carpet that reeked of cat urine that we hadn't noticed at first. I made a complaint on a Monday, they confirmed that they were working on it the same day. Someone came out to inspect the problem on Tuesday and the carpet was replaced on Wednesday. I was really surprised how quickly they took care of the problem!
