Continue to trespass on private property locked gate and posted no trespassing on gate. representing themselves as southwest gas which they are not. Things also disappear from your property when they were there after they leave!!! Please beware of these people!

Would love to give negative stars. Two men let themselves onto my property when I was home but very ill. They removed a padlock on the interior of a side gate to my property. It was the SECOND attempt. If my dogs would have gotten out, they definitely would have caused harm. As a single young woman in her home, this was terrifying, invasive, trespassing, disturbing, and horrid.

This company came on to my property without any warning. Left the gate opened. Claimed they came to the front door and knocked. I have security and it never showed they did that. They said that Southwest gas has authorized them to go into peoples yards without permission. This is trespassing. My dog got out as a result of their policies and was found by a neighbor 2 days later. I will call the Sheriff department and see if I can file a trespassing charge against them. The gate had a clip on it to prevent it from opening which was removed. This is a dangerous policy for the employee both from an aspect of dogs that may attack as well as home owners. Up date they also left another neighbors gate open and their dog was also recovered. I can understand if you forget to close one gate but now its beyond that.

So, I was completely unaware that these people were coming to my house. They showed up while I was at work, never rang the doorbell (my youngest was home) so they proceeded to let themselves into my bachyard! My neighbor saw everything and called my daughter who quickly ran outside and yelled at them to leave our property when they started laughing at her. I have called this company twice to speak with a manager and funny how he is never there. Advised them that if I do not get a call back today, I will show up there with the police as I do intend to file trespassing charges.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! This is a third party company that is hired by Southwest Gas. Last week, my mom and I were sitting in my living room chatting when she gets scared and says,"OMG someone is jumping your fence." I turn toward the window and yes an older man is indeed trying to jump my fence. So I confront him and he says he's there to check if there are gas leaks. I'm like first of all, I don't have gas services, second where is the paperwork and why are you jumping my fence. He claims that this was his third attempt and that Southwest gas gave him the green light to jump the fence if no one answered on the third try. Here's the actual problem I called the company he works for and the girl says that this is allowed for which I'm just baffled. Then I ask if she can tell me or show me where the paperwork for the prior techs is. She then tells me that she'll get back to me but she totally didn't. I'm all for people doing their job and I can even understand that jumping the fence to check for gas leaks is a requirement. What I'm not ok with is them lying saying that this was a third time without any paper showing that they had actually left a notice.

The man, I wish i had gotten his name, was so nice and very professional. He came to change our gas meter to a new one. He explained everything he was going to do and why, and even better, he explained it all to my 3 & 5 year old boys. They watched him work and he told them what everything was and what he was doing. He did great work, he was very careful and paid attention to all the details. He left it all looking nice and new and clean. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We left note we were not home during hours they come and also no permission and they still tried to get over wall and broke our adobe brick and said nothing just left also tried going through neighbors etc this is our home our property its not okay to damage and leave so please dont come back again
