I was introduced to Scott at Healthy IT over 10 years ago when I bought my practice. He was referred to me by a dental colleague and was described as the best in the dental industry. I have been extremely satisfied with Healthy IT during this time. I trust their judgement and recommendations regarding my computers, programs, back up, etc. I have been enrolled in their managed care program for a few years and it is truly worth the investment. I have had a few occasions where my system went down and the team at Healthy IT was able to get the system up and running within less than an hour. This is crucial to my practice to be able to have the confidence that no matter what IT problems arise, I know I will not have to lose a day of work. I have been Healthy IT client for over 10 years. They are professional and supportive to all my needs. I own/run a dental practice and I need everything working properly. The last thing I need to worry about is computers “stuffs.” Scott and his team is extremely responsive and prompt with all my requests through the years, especially our last major storm, Isaias. They are up to date with technology and knowledge. I can always get in touch with IT tech, so availability is not an issue. Thanks Healthy IT for keeping my office running properly!!!
