We absolutely love Dr. Fox. He is very attentive and tries to address anything we need in a very timely fashion. Nor only is he a good doctor, he is a very kind man.
The rest of it, well, let's just say the attention to phone calls, prescription requests and follow up by staff could use some improvement.
They're nice, and I don't know if it's lack of staffing or the staff themselves, but it gets very frustrating to have to make follow up calls when things slip through the cracks.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr in my life. She was rude from the get go, she acted as if I was a burden to her just by being there. I could hear her loudly yelling out the lab tests that I needed at the nurses station. It took 3 weeks to get my lab results back while I suffered unnecessarily in pain. Left voicemails that were unprofessional because she was irritated I didn’t answer. I was at work, I work second shift and didn’t get them when she called at 6:00 pm with the results (after 3 weeks) . Also called the second week and the nurse said the Dr had the results , took her a whole nother week to read them I guess. I will never go back there again.

Saw the doctor two weeks ago. Finally after many calls I received a bottle with 20 pills. I don't see the doctor until December, so how am I to make 20 pills last over 75 days
Very upset over number of pills to last over 2 months.

For me with private insurance it's not a good place to go. I've heard it's good if you have Medicare/Medicare. But Healthy connections truly punished me as a working person with bills. I went back to my old doctor and my wallet thanks me.

The healthcare here is outstanding! they fit me in when necessary several times are always mindful to be respectful and helpful. I’m 72 and living the life because of their outstanding care even when I’m sick I at least feel supported it’s a terrific place to get your healthcare taken care of highly recommend every person there.
