It is 3 months to my 13-year Anniversary with Health Plus Management, LLC. Throughout these years, I have had 5 positions where each position led me to the next level within the company. Currently, I am a No-Fault Collector and I love what I do. A few amazing things about working for HPM as a company are the growth opportunities available, training for the new position, & a multitude of departments who collectively are a great team. Recently, I had the opportunity to cross-collaborate on a project with a different department which exposed me to a new area of the business and gained new skills.

I have been with Health Plus Management for almost 5 years and it was the best decision I have made in joining a company. I come from an 8 year background in collections for MRI and some PT, but I have learned so much during my time here. It truly feels like a real family and I love that there is so much room for growth in this company. I had the pleasure of working under the VP of RCM, for the majority of my time here, who is not only an amazing and knowledgeable boss, but sincerely compassionate and understanding. Something that is very hard to find. My current manager is just as amazing and makes our days fun and interesting, making us want to come to work every day. I started working for Healthplus Management as a medical biller back in 2006. I was amazed to see how many women the company hired and how much opportunities we all had to grow with the company. In less than 2 years my hard work were noted and I became the manager of the office. Since then I continued to grow with the company. I love our involvement in the community as well. We had a chance to walk for autism last year, it was Amazing. I wake up excited to go to work everyday and my patients love it. I have been with HPM for 4 years and I have to say I have had a great set of Managers to work under and learn from first with Janie Spellman and now with Nicole McMahon along with a great bunch of co-workers who I also have learned from and grown with.
When I started here, my husband Bobby had very serious health issues. I am forever thankful and grateful to HPM for being by my side throughout that difficult time.
Along the way my co-workers became like family, we are a great team. There are many great opportunities for growth within as the company is also growing daily. I have had the pleasure of stepping out of my Collector role and to be part of and to expand my knowledge of the opening of a new practice.
