I had a great attorney and 4 years ago was ready to go to trial. He unfortunately left the practice and. The person who took over my case would never call me back , never give me information, did not listen to the information I was giving her , never showed interest in my case when I was finally able to talk to her . After 5 years she decided to drop my case. I would not recommend using them if you want any results

Worse 2 year experience of my life, something to compare it to 10 years earlier I lost my house to eminent domain and left me homeless for 6 years, this experience was worse. Days to get calls returned no answers to my questions it was horrible I would go somewhere else I'll never use them again and won't suggest them to anybody. Don't believe the commercials you don't come first, don't think big because you're not, they are they had no problem taking my money very disappointed.

Told they were definitely interested in the case, told them everything they asked when they asked and etc ... provided video, and photos, etc ..
Kept stringing us along for near a year then abruptly dropped the case with no explanation as to why . I already had a negative opinion on lawyers. Now it's just confirmed and made even worse . Shop around. Ask former clients, get someone better.

Harding And Mozatti are amazing with what they do. They reassured me hundreds of times that it was going to be OK and that they would take care of me. When I had questions, all I did was call and my questions were answered right away. I’ve never had any complaints. They are on time with all the paperwork. They know exactly what they are doing and they only ask that you do what’s necessary for you to achieve the help you need for instance doctors, appointments or finding paperwork that’s needed. No complaints at all! James Duffy is more than reasonable, and he also even cares about what’s going on outside of the claim. He remembers my children. He asks how they are doing. Harding And Mozatti goes above and beyond to guarantee the best possible experience.!!!
