Through Kelley and her team at Guild Mortgage we have 1) purchased a home in Lakeside while living in another state a few years ago; 2) made several serious inquiries on mortgages for possible new home purchases in Lakeside since moving here, and finally; 3) refinanced our existing home in November 2020. During all of these experiences, Kelley was so knowledgeable and her team so helpful - all of them made our transactions so streamline and easy. I know Kelley can be very busy at times, but every time I called her with my many questions, she made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me and never hurried me off the phone. Kelley was very responsive to our needs. She explained everything in detail and kept us updated at each step of the process. She and her team were great to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Kelley was so patient and helpful from the first day I went in to meet her till the final docs closing. She was there anytime I needed to ask her a question (even when she was on vacation)! Kelley and her team did an amazing job for us. We first worked with Kelley when we were looking at a home in Vernon, AZ. We cancelled that contract after the home inspection. After several more attempts in the Vernon area, we started looking in Prescott, AZ. Once again, we had to cancel a contract because of the home inspection results. Kelley stayed with us through several houses. All paper work and information was smoothly transferred from property to property. Finally on December 19, 2017 we made an offer on the property we currently own. The closing date was January 10, 2018 — only 22 days away. In spite of the fact that Kelley was 250 miles away and that there were two major holidays during those 22 days, Kelley and her team were able to pull off a miracle and meet the deadline. Many people told us that we would never be able to get an appraisal in time but she was able to do it. There are no words that adequately describe the professionalism and pro-active attitude of Kelley and her team. We have bought and sold more than a dozen houses and have refinanced several times. This was by far our best experience with a lender ever.
