I've recently worked with Growtrends to create a website for my family's maple sugaring business, Marsha's Maple House. I was first drawn to this company because it is a local business not far from home and we love to support small local businesses when we can! When I first called to inquire about the services that Growtrends offers, Charles was very enthusiastic and spent at least a half hour on the phone with me to listen to what I was looking for and explain how Growtrends could help. Throughout the whole time of the project, Charles was very responsive to my emails and even visited our business twice to take professional photos of our products which proved his commitment to the success of our online webstore. In addition, Growtrends helped us to further develop our presence on various social media platforms and helped us with SEO. Overall, the pricing was very reasonable and we feel that, in terms of value, we got more than what we paid for.

Charles at the beginning was very informative and motivated to help build our brand through our social media platforms and our website. His team helped out with our SEO management and took lots of pictures. The reason for my 2 star review is because communication is definitely not up to par. Nothing was shown to us on paper or reports emailed about goals being met or achieved. Also the point when we ask for a meeting to discuss these concerns Charles told us that he does not have the time. At this point is when we decided to go with another firm.
