This is the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve owned several homes in the past 30 years. I am on a Deed with with three houses through a Life Estate. My dad died in July. We are cruising into December and this company keeps lying about why they can’t switch the policy over to my name. The Deeds were hand delivered to their office. It’s one excuse after another. Lies, more than excuses!!!

Joel Grober is the most unprofessional businessman I’ve ever come across! Got irate when asking to switch names on the account, hung up on me, and wouldn’t return calls. I’ve never witnessed an anything like it from a grown man in a business setting.

Next is Maryanne, the manager, who appears to be helpful, but actually just lies. Stopped returning calls. Followed by June, the customer service rep, who also seems to be lying. She admitted they dropped the ball, but now months later, that doesn’t fly. The apologies are lies, and the promises to fix the accounts are lies.

Please DO NOT use this company. They are not professional and they just lie. It shouldn’t take almost FOUR MONTHS and counting to get a deceased persons name off a policy and replace it with the survivors whose names are on the Deeds!

I have been trying to reach my agent Christine who has not responded to several emails. I tried to contact Joel as well and have not heard back either. My car insurance rates were really high and I found better rates on my own. I needed them to cancel my current Policy and since they did not respond to me, I had to do everything on my own .
I also wanted to adjust several things on my homeowners insurance policy and they haven't gotten back to me for some time now.

This agency has continually caused problems for me. Not only do they not inform me of changes directly beyond an email as I requested . Today I discovered an email informing me a double payment has been processed on my account!! via email!! Not a call or text! This payment was NOT AUTHORISED AND I AM UPSET as it puts a blemish on my perfect relationship with my bank! Cannot get them on the phone, Sunday, So emailed them and waiting for a response and adjustment. Including paying the anticipated charge on my perfect bank account!!! This company has caused me more mental anguish. GREED is contagious!! It must be changed! You hear me attorney General James!!
