We are new to the area and this was our first file. Being nervous about the whole thing to begin with and then thinking we might get charged up to 5 times what we were accustomed to, as if filing taxes is not enough stress in itself. Well, come the day the taxes were done and I go in to find out not so bad news. Kristi was easy to talk to and she explained reasonably why the higher pricing is what it is, still it could have been worse and we are told we got a good deal. We paid 350. Thank you we will be back next year!

We tolerated the expense for a while... If I pay almost $600 to have my taxes prepared... I expect them to be correctly done. Last year I received a penalty from Federal Filing... The CPA said there was a glitch in the system. SO I HAD TO PAY the penalty? why use a CPA that doesn't guarantee their work? The reason I am just now posting this.... they had the nerve to call me today and see if I needed them to help me out this year. Gotta be kidding!

I had my taxes prepared there and did not inquire how much it would cost and she did not inform me that for a simple tax return (2 incomes, 1 retirement, mortgage interest with dual states) it would be 550.00. Absolutely ridiculously overpriced! Then she amended last years return for another 225! 775.00 later and I wanted to puke!
