Recently rented from this company. I found another person to take over my lease. Upon move out the house was deep cleaned and the front and back yard was mowed. I am now being refused my security deposit refund due to “the house needing cleaned, the yard being mowed and carpet damage.” However, I have a 15 minute video of the house showing the house being clean and the carpet damage I noted on my move in inspection. I’ll be contact the BBB and the NC renters association with my concerns over how shady this company has been. The whole renting experience was terrible from start to finish. It took weeks and a number of phone calls and/or emails to get anybody to respond to my concerns. The ceiling almost caved in in the master bedroom and the water damage was never fixed from a roof leak. With being in this type of weather, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is mold in the attic. I 0/5 don’t recommend anybody use this company for their property management or rent any home managed by this company.

From an owner: They cannot seem to manage properties well. The only way I could get information on a place I want d to rent was after I contacted the owner. Come to find out the property had been vacant for 5 months and no one at Grant-Murray even knew who was managing it.

From a renter and Soldier: Not active duty friendly. Would not assist in submitting a 30 day notice electronically.
