I met Lorraine when I was down and out , my papers were all over and even tho she knew the task ahead she still took on the challenge. On top of this my payroll provider did not file my taxes like they said they would. Lorraine found all this out plus other things that I missed. She then filed my taxes wrote the necessary letters and made the right phone calls. She spent hours and hours to make me feel special. I operate a recruiting agency, a good judge of character so when I say Lorraine is trustworthy, a true professional, gives great advice and thorough I mean it. I had an emergency surgery and I was confident to leave my affairs completely in her hands because of her first impressions. Based on my visit and the service received , Granite Town tax service will continue preparing our books.

I'm a private contractor and I'm good at the work that I do but horrible at keeping my books and doing my taxes. I was so happy to find Lorraine, she has been very helpful in getting me organized and making me aware of the things I need to be doing. Lorraine was brought into an estate case I was working on with my lawyer. I had only met her once and she was very straight forward and shot from the hip, which I respect and appreciate these days. She went above and beyond to help and took so much of the stress off my shoulders!! She is down to earth and very personable. I met with her a few more times to discuss my personal taxes, which were going to be a bit more complicated this year. Not only did she look into everything, she even took the time to look into past returns for me to make sure nothing was overlooked as it has been a tough few years. As a previous business owner, I have used a lot of accountants and I cannot say that I have trusted anyone more that I trust Lorraine! I have recently moved across the country, but I will continue to use her as my accountant. I highly recommend if you are looking for an accountant that will go above and beyond and even go to bat for you, she is the one!!
