First couple of years were great, personable responsive and competent. Then something changed. The last 2 years I kept getting bounced from accountant to accountant and was VERY rarely ever able to get one on the phone and that is over a period of 6 to 8 months each time so "being busy" is not an excuse here. Due to the lack of communication they made an error on my return, which I later caught. It had to be refiled due to THEIR error but they charged me $300 to refile! I complained about this and was told we will definitely look into this and get back to you ASAP. 7 weeks later and no response, same old game again. So I reached out to Bryon who basically said sorry you had trouble good luck with your new firm. No effort to keep me as a client at all. If you are looking for a firm with essentially no customer service and apparently no desire to improve, this is the place for you.
