I am extremely disappointed as you can never get in touch with them. They took over for our condo from another management company and have been slow to fix problems, are not overseeing the pest and lawn maintenance issues. And I cannot get a phone call or email back from them. The kayak rack situation is unbelievable! I paid for a space and they have no idea who is in what space. They even removed my board when I paid for the kayak space without notice. I am trying to get ahold of someone to find out what happened with NO response. The hallways have lots of debris and they are not doing anything regarding cobwebs etc.

Having been in the HOA property management business personally for 20 years AND living in a community they manage for three years, I can easily testify of their gross negligence in performing their contracted duties which include timely and accurate collection of annual assessments, legally correct violation notices and responding to owner/occupant telephone calls or emails in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a management company, keep looking. They are NOT the management company you’re looking for.
