I had been a loyal customer since the days of Gaynairs off King & Figueroa, but boy has that come to an screeching end. For 17 years, not only did I overpay in service fees (which they lie and do not properly disclose), but in addition got audited on multiple occasions by the IRS. GPAngels showed me their true colors in 2022 and had the audacity to call me to when I would like to schedule an appointment for 2023 tax returns, Chales!

They are a Beautiful family business that are loyal to their customers and they have always been helpful w/ helping me w/ though out my Tax journey and assistance anytime I have questions about credit, life & Car insurance & helping the community with Jobs… Helping me & my children fill out there College documents. I’ve been coming here for about 15 years. They’re like family! Senior gave my 2 year his first Gucci shirt. ANother coworker taught him how to tie his shoes. They’ve taken good care of me. Waited to give this review, allowing time thinking that someone will reach out to me but yeah right I thought! Getting notices from IRS that I owe after my taxes was already taken. Been calling and waiting on a callback for 2 weeks almost 3 weeks now .. no answer no response .. I even used their contact form as a last resort. Still no one has reached out or even tried to call me back! Definitely not a way to handle or run business. Really 0 stars!

Do not get your taxes done here. I had my to call Irs office several times to find out about the hold up on my refund. It turns out they never submitted the proper documents. I called the office back again and they assured me the documents were sent in. Called irs back months later and the correct forms still were not sent in. This office and their staff only care about the money and fail to pay attention to detail. They also promise huge returns but take half of your return. Do not come to this place!

A few years ago my husband and I did out taxes here and thought we were getting good service from Gaynair. We got lots of returns until we were audited (because the company was audited- due to high charges to file) and they did not offer to help us through the process. The service changed. I ended up paying IRS over 20k for a 3year audit and had to appear in the IRS office in Long Beach. My husband had to pay his share from a 3 year audit. Learnt the hard way.
