Subpar service, extremely dismissive, judgmental and prejudiced. Very slow to respond to messages for situations that require a sense of urgency. Had the displeasure of dealing with Jill Burns and Emily. Both refused to schedule an in-person appointment with me to discuss various situations pertaining to the community where I own a home and live. If you are looking for management services, stay clear from this company. If this is the company used by your community’s CDD and you have the misfortune of having to deal with these people, I’m so sorry for you. Expect to be given mediocre service time and time again from them.

I spoke to Ale (or alex? sorry didnt catch name) in Randal Park RPOA today to inquire about the CDD and the Randal Park community and how it all works. I have to say she was absolutely FANTASTIC in explaining things. Being a CAM myself Its always a pleasure to find great managers who go out of there way to explain things to residents in such a nice manner... I have inquired to other CDD offices (Harmony/st cloud) who have been so unhelpful when I asked questions it made me not want to move to the area..
After speaking to Ale she gave me a lot to think about and gave me a positive impression on the CDD.
Thanks again she deserves some great kudos!
