Good Neighbor is excellent to work with! My first point of contact being America who offered great customer service in helping me get set up with my first appointment, and offering great detail/insight on my particular issue (Springtails) outside of regular pest maintenance. Next, the owner himself, Steve, came to our home and spent quality time listening to my concern and where I noticed the problem areas, etc. Then, he thoroughly examined the entire interior and exterior to determine the best plan of action for treating our home, as well as offering any additional services he could help with, tips as a homeowner, and even had good recommendations for other contractors in fields outside of his work. Last, he stood behind quoted prices and was timely in all areas. This company truly takes pride in their work, enjoys what they do, and is abundantly helpful. I highly recommend Good Neighbor.

I had the best experience! Them being open 24 hours really eased my mind when I called at 10pm. They assured me they would try to get me taken care of first thing the following morning and they did just that! LuCressia made the process super easy and Steve made the inspection super easy and enlightening. He educated me and made sure I knew what he was looking for and what to expect next! Great company! 10 out of 10!! My money was not wasted!!

I highly recommend Good Neighbor Pest Services if you have those unwanted pests bugging you. Steve is so nice and has helped at my father in laws to get rid of the unwanted German roaches. After the first treatment we did not see any. He did a follow up treatment two or three weeks later and there were none. I asked if he needed to come every two to three weeks and he said no so he put together a recommended plan for me and I could be more satisfied. Steve is up front and honest about everything and explains exactly what he needs to do before just doing it and handling you a bill. They are very affordable and treats all kinds of unwanted pests. They are there to help their customers and that's exactly what they have done for us. So if you need someone to get rid of unwanted pests or someone to treat to avoid unwanted pests then I recommend you call them and they will be happy to help you. I had noticed some roaches one morning and became very concerned, as roaches really scare me. I was worried that they might turn me away since I only saw 2 and that I live in an apartment complex (my complex said they weren’t able to do anything about it), but after seeing that Good Neighbor had several 5-star reviews, I decided to give them a call. I was relieved when Steve came out the same day I called for an inspection. He identified that my building had a minor German roach infestation and took the time to educate me on how to combat them. He also pointed out several holes in the building that were entry points for pests. After having these holes sealed and completing two treatments, I haven’t seen any roaches at all. The stuff that Steve used really works! This company is kind, affordable, and truly professional. They have earned their 5-star reputation, and I would give them more than that if I could. Highly recommended!
