I've been using this service for nearly twenty years. Chuck was always extraordinarily timely and thorough in preparation. Matt has shown the same diligence and professionalism. They are quick to complete my taxes and I am always happy with the results. I've tried other services that were located closer only to be disappointed. This company is exceptional at filing for those like me who are self-employed.

Matt has done our taxes for around 3 years. The last couple of years we have been accused MULTIPLE times of non payment. Each time we proved the check images of the check being withdrawal and their bank stamp on the back. The last straw was when he agreed to file and accept payment after we received our payment. Instead he held our return waiting for payment. Matt and the front desk lady are VERY unorganized and unprofessional. I will NEVER be using their services again and I HIGHLY recommend you don't either.

Long time customer - NEVER to return. It took weeks for our taxes to be completed with multiplie phone calls inquiring on status. They finally finished our tax return only to discover NO refund or break even (As past years) but that we owe considerably more in taxes. Paid tax bills in full only to receive an IRS review a few months later stating we owe additional taxes.(Not just a few dollars, but thousands). We called multiple times leaving voice messages at office requesting an appointment. NEVER received a call back, with time running out for due date, we paid taxes again. NEVER using their services again.
