I went to her to do my taxes but I had to have my refund mailed to me. I gave her my address multiple times while also giving her my W2s with my address on it yet my address was wrong on all my tax papers that were given to me at the end but I didn’t notice until weeks of waiting for my refund. I had to go in and do an address change and when I said i understand that she was busy that day and mistakes happen (she was helping multiple customers at the same time) she told me the customer sometimes forget to confirm the information. Not once did she apologize for the mix up and she did my address change as she was helping other people. She faxed my information to get it fixed and told me I had to mail in my information too this is the envelope she wrote out for me to mail ITS THE WRONG RETURN ADDRESS after confirming again multiple times. My paperwork was correct because I watched to make sure it was but this just goes to show that she messed up the first time and refused to admit to it.
