I had such a great experience with Go Buses thanks to our amazing driver, Kamal. He was super punctual, kind, greeted everyone warmly and even had passengers laughing and smiling. The bus itself was clean and comfortable, and the drive was smooth and arrived on time. A huge thanks to Kamal for going above and beyond to make the experience memorable. I travel often and will definitely be choosing Go Buses from now on!

Good morning,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the temperature on the bus I rode this morning. I boarded the bus at 7:00 AM and found it to be extremely cold. Despite the driver's insistence that the temperature was 72 degrees, I and several other passengers experienced discomfort for the entire five-hour trip.

As a result of the cold temperature, I am now experiencing a cold and have lost feeling in my hands. I am disappointed that the driver did not take our concerns seriously and found humor in our discomfort.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take steps to ensure that the temperature on the buses is comfortable for passengers in the future.

update: the loyalty points system started working again. weird that it was temporarily gone and it was never addressed.

The signs at this stop tend to be incorrect, so always double check with the driver about the destination.

Their website has false advertising because there are no free water bottles and you cannot use the loyalty points at all.

We usually take the VA-NYC route (depart VA at 6pm and arrived around 10:20pm).

Terrible and unreliable. Customer support line isn’t open weekends or holidays. Our bus just straight up did not show up in the morning. The evening bus left an entire 30 minutes late. You’ve been warned. This company is awful, cheap garbage, and has negligent business practices at best.

Unreliable bus company. Took the 11:30 bus from Boston to New York, from the web said it should arrived nyc by 3:30pm, didn’t arrive till 7:45pm, I was ridiculously late to work, think twice before using this company.

Fist time taking the bus to Manhattan from Newton. MA. I won’t ever drive or fly again.
The list of things that make it so great for me are significant. There’s no security, no unwanted x ray screening, no crowded waiting area, no boarding by sections, no waiting, no crying babies, no carts moving up and down the isle, no restrictions on what I can carry on to east or drink, no line for the bathroom, no pitiful offering of pretzels and drinks. Just 2 seats to myself in complete silence and civility. Thank you GOBus.

Today I boarded a bus at Vienna/ Fairfax metro to NYC. It was suppose to leave at 7:30 and never left until 8:32. Over a hour late leaving because the bus driver doesn’t know what he is doing. I have a business meeting in NYC and now have to postpone it because the bus will not arrive at the designated time. I won’t use this bus service again because it is unreliable. Never had a issue like this with other bus providers.

Very awful. Do not waste your money for this bus company. The driver was so rude, he yelled at me and my husband and forced us to sit far from each other when it had empty seats and he reserved it for himself and after that he took those seats to somebody came later than us. He reserved 2 seats for his bags. I really felt sorry for choosing this bus. This is the first time and last time, I used this bus company.
