Ginger is awesome, not only has she helped us so much with our taxes and my husbands confusing 1099, but when closing on a house and needing last minute information for underwriting she is quick to respond and emails everything we need. She literally has been a life saver through the whole moving state to state and purchasing a home process. We couldn’t have done it without her and I look forward to many years of using her as our CPA.

I was referred to this business by an acquaintance of mine. I left a message to contact me via their website, and received no response after nearly a week. I called several times (and tried several extensions), at 10am on a Tuesday. No answer; all lines go to voicemail. They may be wonderful but we'll never know because they just don't respond. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edit: in response to your reply, I didn't leave a voicemail. I see no reason to leave a message when you have demonstrated a lack of ability to respond to messages from your website.

My family has had their taxes done by Ginger/Amber for the past couple of years and they are incredibly unresponsive at every turn, ESPECIALLY during this time of tax season of 2020 (though their unresponsiveness is not isolated to this year). It takes them two WEEKS to get back to you for a simple question with reaching out multiple times. To me, this is extremely unprofessional

I have made several calls to her about my HOA payment and she has yet to return a call. If I was you I would not use her or her services. I would definitely NOT recommend her.
