If you are looking for an attorney that works in your best interests and is honest & ethical, Gerard may NOT be that attorney.

We recently were in the process of buying a house from a homeowner & we were the strongest & best offer. The seller had agreed to our offer & was extremely happy to move forward at first. That homeowner had Gerard as her attorney.

Long behold we found out Gerard was trying to buy the house (because he also flips) & had offered much less as well so he swayed his client & told them that our offer was not legitimate. This is unethical and mischievous. An attorney should be representing your best interests but unfortunately there may be some like Gerard who have other motives.
