"Valoarea unui om se socoate dupa numarul celor care se simt mai bine prin el". (Nicolae Iorga) Acesta e primul gand care imi vine in minte atunci cand vorbesc despre George. Un coach si un om fantastic, care m-a ajutat sa descopar si sa explorez calitati care nu stiam ca exista in mine. In fiecare sedinta cu George am mai descoperit o parte din mine, un nou eu si potentialitati din cele mai complexe. Fiecare sedinta a fost condusa atent si totodata natural catre autodescoperire, constientizare, autodepasire. Sedintele de coaching cu George m-au ajutat sa descopar noi mecanisme de gandire si sa identific metode de imbunatatire si implementare ale valorilor mele. Discutiile avute mi-au facilitat sa recunosc anumite subiecte sensibile si mi-au oferit unelte pentru a le gestiona.
Am reusit sa-mi definesc mai clar obiectivele si sa-mi construiesc strategia de care am nevoie pentru a le atinge. George m-a scos din confort cu inteligenta si pragmatism.
