Super excited to get started on my "back to healthy" journey. Disclaimer I am not yet a regular attender, and will update this review once I've got some time with them under my belt.

Are they determined to get you in the door and signed up? Absolutely, that's what they do! BUT the personal touches really got me excited, not pressured, to be here. Chandler was kind, attentive and open to all of my questions and specific circumstances, and shows a genuine interest in helping those with little or no recent gym experience get started on the right track. Hands down one of the most comfortable customer service experiences you could go hope for in this environment.

The equipment all seems to be well maintained and clean, and the facilities are comfortable and welcoming. As a person struggling with obesity I did not feel judged or put off by any of the staff, nor other gym-goers: like I will be respected simply for being there wanting to take better care of myself.

I'm excited for the group classes, and availability of a personal trainer to help get me off on the right foot.

The membership contract is clear and transparent, with no "hidden" catches that I've found this far.

Excited to make this my gym "family".

Genesis Health Club is so much better now in 2024! I have made more progress in two months with current Personal Trainer, Nick, than in 2 previous years of working out. The staff is friendly, facility is clean, showers are strong. But the best is that my PT is helping me, a senior with arthritis, past injuries, and obesity, be able to move better (knees & shoulders & hips) and to develop muscle definition. ☆☆☆☆☆
