I don’t think that there are enough kind words I can say about Lauren and her assistants Vanessa and Sarah. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my grandmother and made sure she received the best outcome in her situation! I can’t thank them enough!!!! The staff at Generations are very knowledgeable about many things to do with elder law! They are so kind and will talk you through the steps for anything to do with any of your needs like Medicaid, POAs, guardianships or living wills. Highly recommend them to my family and friends. I was super impressed with the Generations Legal Group. I went in on a Tuesday and told them I was having surgery on Thursday. I needed a detective of a living will and TOD. Doug took all my information and talked to the attorney, Lauren. She jumped into action without any hesitation. She had all the things I needed within a hour. She had Pearl get the folder and all paperwork together. I was so impressed on how fast they got everything done. Lauren said it was important to have these things done before surgery. She really cares about her clients and wants them to be happy. Lauren Thank you for what you did for me. I’m so THANKFUL. Pearl, Thank you also for jumping in eagerly to help without hesitation. I would highly recommend this office and staff for any and all of your elder services and estate planning needs. I have an elderly father who lives in northwest Arkansas, and whose health is declining. Unfortunately, my sister and I live in Massachusetts, and can't be easily available to handle all matters with short notice. I reached out to this office, specifically Deanna, and she went way above and beyond, exceeding any reasonable expectations. I needed a power of attorney, but couldn't get to Arkansas right away. She got all necessary paperwork drawn up, went to my Dad in the hospital for signatures, and got it all done within one day! There aren't adequate words for my gratitude and appreciation for what this firm did for my family!
