I will NEVER use Galarza Ultimate Financial for my tax needs ever again! Sonia is so unresponsive when it comes to fixing her mistakes. We have never had to pay much state tax but for some reason this year it was in the thousands. We sent her our tax information back (because according to her, her computer crashed) to have her fix it and it has been over a month since we have gotten it back. When we DO get a hold of her, all we we hear about is her aches and pains. She doesn't return phone calls. I have left several messages on her phone and have not heard back. She claims to have mailed our taxes back to us, but we have not gotten any notification from the post office saying that they are in. She claims to have sent it with a return receipt on it. This was two weeks ago! When I try to follow up on it, all I ever get is her voicemail. I will be filing a complaint to the IRS with her license information because this is not how a professional tax business should be run. Now I am being penalized for her mistake from the IRS. RIDICULOUS!
