I found Gabriel after doing a lot of online research because we'd been unsuccessful with other therapists we'd worked with in the past. Gabriel has been pivotal in our relationship during crisis. He was able to openly hear both perspectives while in couples therapy together and during one-on-one sessions. He takes those perspectives and offers guidance/advise on different ways to develop a healthier relationship. He's aware there are several ways to improve a relationship and offers some paths but ultimately makes it our job to choose and work on it on our own. There are times when he challenges you to think about things from a different angle which is useful in times of tension. Now that we are in a better space, we continue to check-in with him and build upon the foundation he helped us create.
