We purchased a water bed mattress after ours started leaking. David was our sales person and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was a consummate professional and it was wonderful to work with him.
I would absolutely go back and make future purchases.

I am giving two stars for the actual quality of the furniture. My experience with Furniture Row has been nothing short of ridiculous. I purchased made to order Amish furniture in July of 2022. I am still waiting on 1 piece, to be delivered in August of 2023. They originally quoted me 3 months to get my furniture. It came in in pieces (over the course of Dec 2022 and August 2023). They said they would call me and deliver things as they came in - they never called, I had to call them every single month to check on status and they'd be like, oh yeah, your table is here, we can deliver that. My nightstands showed up and they were two different stain colors, with two different sets of hardware - neither of which were what I selected, so another 4 months for them to start over, no rush order. They delivered some of my dining chairs and one showed up broken in Feb, so now I'm still waiting on that chair... If you're really not in a hurry and can put up with this type of service, the furniture is pretty nice.

I’ve never written a bad review before. And I wish this was about customer service because something could be done about that. But instead it’s because I called to see if they had a waterbed mattress for our soft side waterbed we purchased from them and they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they wouldn’t stay open an extra 5mins so we could make it there and either purchase a new mattress or a repair kit as it supposedly gets flagged by corporate that they stayed open later.

I was working with a lady named Cici, that was really nice and told me I could get a refund if I wasn’t happy with my dresser with in 3 days of getting the dresser. When I went over to the Lakewood location and told them this, all they told me is that I could do a re-selection. I told them multiple of times that my family and I had to remove the drawers from a 200 lbs. dresser, in order to get it up two flights of stairs. I had explained that when we tried to put the drawers back in and they wouldn’t go in all the way and a couple of the ball bearings popped out. They then put the blame on me and said I broke the drawer and it could not be refunded. I agree with the multiple comments that this location has fine furniture, however don’t trusted their management. If one person tells you something and you ask to speak to the manager or general manager their never on the same page. These people are deceiving and liars and I will never shop at this location again.

Their furniture is great. Their customer service just isn't - very opaque on delivery delays. Everything in stock was delivered quickly but the dining set has been '2 weeks away' for 6 months now - every time we call because it's been a month of radio silence we get the same 'it should be in the warehouse in 2 weeks'. I should've wised up and canceled the order months ago.

Iam not one to give reviews anywhere but the staff on flow where just extremely nice Julie got me fantastic deal that is absolutely unbelievable and not. Only that Mr Eddie G helped me precisely wrap my staff up we had conversations while doing that, helped load all my staff in the truck and you can tell he handled it all like it was an egg. honestly this store has a great saff in general thank you Mr Eddie and the manger too was very good of a person.

I needed a new bed and decided to go into the Lakewood store to try a few out. When I was there, I met a fantastic salesperson, Steven Todd. I ordered a new bed that fit our needs to a T. Steven was not pushy but super informative. When it was time for my bed to be delivered, I never received a call about the delivery window. Turns out my delivery was delayed by one day but I was never notified. When I called and spoke to the store, they called Steven and let him know the issue. He called me back, and I advised him that I would not be open the following day. He then offered to deliver my bed for me at my home with is OWN truck that same day. Did I mention that it was also his day off? Now THAT is awesome service!! He literally brought me my new bed at my home on his day off. I would recommend buying a new bed here and specifically going to Steven Todd if you want a great experience. Great job!

Steven is one of the nicest guys out there. If you want an honest, hardworking and genuinely nice guy to help you with your furniture needs, ask for Steven. He personally delivered my mom's mattresses on his own time. He even, when another furniture store completely messed up on her bed frame order, went out of his way to get her a box spring to fix the issue in a timely manner before her guest was due to arrive. Thanks so much, Steven!
