My girlfriend and I did Frazer's paid mindfulness retreat in Sunnyvale; great experience. Yoga? Check. Meditation? Check. Brain reprogramming? Several sessions.

Frazer's talented at adapting to the individual needs of those in the group, and balancing planned structure with creativity and flow in the moment. The chill vegan meals we made together, simple exercises, and challenging us to go deeper and practice and commit helped light the path to change.

His experience with laughter meditation/yoga, mindfulness meditation, and brain programming techniques, combine with his talents at community building and personal transformation to make an exceptional coach. His own examples of personal transformation and power of the mind inspire as well.
