I had a desktop computer problem. My printer would not print, so I went into my computer printer menu and an error message came up and printer was offline. I tried everything that I knew to do and even googled it. I tried everything google guided me to do and to no avail I could not figure it out. I googled computer repair near me and Foothill Computer Solutions came up so I gave them a call. It was 10:30 AM on a Saturday so I assumed I'd have to wait until Monday to deal with it. Peter answered the phone and tried to talk me through it. Not being computer savoy I was lost. He offered to come to my home and see what he could do. He was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He advised me that the printer itself was the culprit. I had a new printer on hand, so he removed my old printer and installed the new one. He had my printer diagnosed, up and running within the hour at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use and recommend his service to everyone in our community.
