I've been using all techs at Fluid Imagery for years and have always been happy with the results. But this time is so worth noting. I purchased a new computer in another state and my neighbor was the head of I.T. in a large company and supposedly was brilliant in technology. He insisted on setting up my computer. After 5 hours, it's still not right. I was so frustrated. Starting losing important info, etc. so I called James at Fluid Imagery in NY and he fixed the problem so quickly, he immediately knew exactly what had been done wrong and I am so grateful. I’ve actually been using FI for about 7 years, and they have been awesome! I find them to be very fair with pricing. They are upfront with how much a service call and how much something will be.
Yesterday I needed an emergency service call after optimum fried my router (mine) and model (optimums). Because I owned my router, optimum would not help me. At about 2:45, I received a call and was told they would be at my house in 30 min and in about 10 minutes, he told me I needed a new router. Less than an hour later, the modem was at my house from their office and installed and I was back online!
I think anyone else would’ve left me without internet and watching only channel 7 all weekend (my remote is WiFi).

Very professional enterprise. Identified my problem quickly - it was my keyboard not functioning - sent me off with a loaner keyboard indefinitely and did not charge me a thing for the keyboard or the time because it was quick. So nice to deal with such a competent, professional, local organization that is interested in building a relationship!
