I used them last year for my 2019 tax return as an Independent Travel Agent LLC business.. I gave them everything...in a large binder, chronogical and indexed. Thank God we were "extended" due to Covid-19 and when it was done, I owed the IRS just over $2,500! Less than 2 months later, the IRS REFUNDED me just over $2,800!...? I'm no longer an LLC, but I gave them my personal taxes for 2020 in January!!! (WHY) TODAY is April 15th...TAX DAY...and I'm STILL waiting to sign my return!?!? I've called them every couple of weeks!! I am so done with them! Next time I'll have Walmart do my tax return!

Nothing but mistakes and misleading money and tax amounts, while changing accounts over the years has benefited them in large bonuses ,they are just very crocked period !
