Always a pleasure dealing with First Way Insurance staff. They're dependable, and their focus is always to help their clients. It is not easy finding insurance agents with their vision and focus nowadays. I worked with James Djunaedy on getting last minute liability insurance for my small business for an upcoming event a week away. James was very helpful and knowledgeable, working with me and answering all my questions with great patience. We started late during the day when most other insurance brokers were closed, and I just gave First Way Insurance Service a call knowing nothing beyond needing liability insurance. He asked the necessary questions and then let me know he would call me back with what he found. A few hours later by the end of the day he called me back having already found me a policy for my company that I could even start same day to have full coverage. I really felt like James made time for me to make sure that I had everything I needed, and the policy that we found was well within my limited price range. He really made it very easy and took care of everything on his side. I would recommend giving them a call, they will point you in the right direction.

I have been with this insurance company for more than a couple years now. I don't need to shopped around anymore, they had the best price and great customer service..The insurance paperwork process was unbelievably simple. They will e-mailed all the paperwork with the information already filled into the forms. All you had to do was fill out the E-Signatures section of the form and also able to do from cell phone. Thank you for the great service and looking forward to continuing my business with you. It's affordable, respectful, and integral. If you are looking for insurance I highly recommend to call here.
