Kristin has been an absolute joy since day 1! This whole process was scary going into it, and with her help, my anxiety dwindled away! She was SO communicative and knowledgeable. I started off with another loan officer with another company that was a nightmare and I was terrified to try again, and I am just so so thankful to have found Kristin and Maggie. They’re both such a joy to work with and I will never forget this experience because of them.

I also want to note, Kristin was literally due with her baby any day and still pushed through and kept up with everything. She might be Super Woman…👀🥰

If you're looking to buy a house, I highly recommend 1st Federal Mortgage in Gadsden. They are very personable and have helped me understand every step of the loan process. I personally love the personalized videos that I've received at every step of the loan process.

I am writing this review for my sister Betty Moore who just purchased a house through your company. There is one outstanding lady that needs to recognized and that very special lady is: Kristen Holmes. She was professional, yet caring and compassionate which went above and beyond the call of duty.

Absolute easiest mortgage I’ve ever had the experience of dealing with, and I’ve purchased 19 homes in the last 12 years. Deborah Mackey is amazing. The whole experience was smooth, and no drama.
