Christy’s technical expertise and professionalism in answering a plethora of tough questions with regard to beneficiary options were explained concisely in layman terms all siblings could understand. Even though different options were selected, all paperwork was accurately executed along with follow-on calls made to let us know the status of each package. Christy is a people person with a big heart! Each person becomes a friend, not just a client with an account number. My elderly mom trusted Christy enormously and considered her a friend. Even after our mom passed away, Christy came to the memorial service to offer her condolences to the family.
