Fieldstone does not know how to communicate what they are doing, nor do they seem to care about billing clients when the client hasn't actually asked for services. They are not responsive, do not provide meaningful updates, yet are satisfied with sending enormous bills and then going silent when an issue is raised.

I'm honestly too exhausted with the whole ordeal to write the whole thing out, but I'll never use them again and find their customer facing side to be lacking. Clearly they are comfortable just moving forward with projects despite the actual client being involved, and then sending large bills 6+ months after the fact. I'm glad it's over.

The helped ensure we didn't have any disputes over boundaries, when placing our fence. Then they helped ensure our neighbors define their boundaries an get a permit for a driveway. Great service!

Sucks being quoted one price and being charged DOUBLE. Going from $1500, getting a bill nearly $3,000. I agree, they don't communicate well. Unsatisfied with their services. Would not recommend.
